Guiding the journey for mediators

Wading through a swathe of legal documentation was the first challenge to overcome on this one.

The incumbent site for the Mediator Standards Board included layers upon layers of wall to wall text pages. Along with 80+ downloadable pdf’s throughout the site. As we unpacked the structure and needs of the users, we knew there would be a cleaner way to do this. And a far more efficient way of managing the backend.

In the end of the project, Mediator Standards Board were not only delivered a website but also two short animated videos outlining the accreditation process.

Client:

The Mediator Standards Board is responsible for the development of Australian mediator standards and the implementation of the National Mediator Accreditation System.

Brief:

MSB was struggling to connect with their audience. The desire was to communicate the value of accreditation and the steps involved to be accredited.

Solution:

A clear UX was implemented based on feedback from representatives of all stakeholders.

Short, clear animated videos and illustrations were utilised to clearly outline the required steps to be accredited.

October is used as a CMS for easy updating of future projects and subscription accounts.
