Lokal was tasked with redesigning the visual brand of Sydney Missionary and Bible College in the lead up to 2016 – the centenary year of the college.

Our brief was to celebrate entering into a centenary year with a rebrand. The core values of SMBC have remained the same since it’s inception and so a respect for history was needed. With such a rich history, the college has a diverse range of stakeholders passionate about the brand which was challenging while exciting.

The rollout of the rebrand included: refinement and clarity to a stronger new colour pallet, a recreated logo with strong references to the original, a focus on super close up photography alluding to the desire of the college to at the core affect the heart.
